Consultations are unique to every client that walks through our door, taking into account your health goals, budget and support needs. Our consultation process is unique to Kollective Wellness so you can get the most out of your naturopathic sessions.

The Consultation Process

  • Have some questions for Kayla or simply want to chat before booking a consultation? This complimentary 10-minute phone call gives you a chance to get to know each other and have all your questions answered!

    Your journey to optimal health starts here. In this 60-minute session, we’ll take a deep dive into your medical history, your current health concerns, and your health goals. This detailed exploration into your health allows us to determine the root cause of your concerns so we can identify the most appropriate next steps, including further investigations with blood tests or functional gut testing, tailored specifically to your needs.

    You’ll leave the consultation with:

    • A personalised treatment plan outlining your key health concerns and initial steps toward your goals.

    • Referrals for further testing (if required)

    • Further investigations such as health or symptom diaries

    We will then organise a review consultation to review your test results, refine your treatment plan, and progress toward your health goals.

    The Review Consultations are a great way for us to connect on your wellness journey, monitor your progress, review & modify your treatment plan and offer support to ensure you stay on track to achieving your health goals.

    The Functional Test Review Consultation is essential for reviewing any functional test results, such as a Complete Microbiome Map. If you’ve recently completed functional testing, Kayla will guide you to book this session to thoroughly analyse your results and integrate them into your personalised treatment plan.

    The Quick Script Consultations are designed for existing clients who need a quick check in between appointments or those needing an acute consultation to address cold/flu symptoms

Questions

  • Kollective Wellness is located within Curated Skin Aesthetics in Mt Waverley, Victoria (41 Sunhill Rd, Mt Waverley 3149). We also offer online consultations, so no matter where you are located in Australia, you can come and see us from the comfort of your own home!

  • Online consultations are run exactly the same as in clinic consults with the added benefit of being in the comfort of your own home! Consultations are hosted through the free online meeting platform, Zoom. You will receive an email with the link to our Zoom meeting room in your reminder email. Just click the link at the time of your appointment and let the magic begin! All recommended supplements are shipped straight to your door through my online supplement dispensaries (Vital.ly & Natural Chemist)

  • The more information you give me before our session, the deeper we can dive in our initial consultation. To make the most out of time together, here are some thing you can do to prepare:

    • Fill out the New Client Intake Form (link found in your booking confirmation email) with as much information as possible.

    • Include a list of any medications & supplements you are taking including the brand and dosage.

    • Attach copies of recent blood tests to your New Client Intake Form (if applicable).

    • Write a 1-3 day diet and symptom diary prior to our appointment to jog your memory (I ask a lot of questions so the better you can answers them, the better I can help you).

    • Find a place with good quality internet connection that is quite and away from distractions. Grab yourself a cup of herbal tea and let the magic begin!

  • From April 1 2019, private health rebates are no longer applicable for naturopathy consultations. For more information click here.

  • Certainly! You can contact me here or I offer Complimentary Clarity Calls where you can ask me any questions you may have. This gives us a chance to meet so you can make sure I am the right practitioner for you!

Know someone who would benefit from a consultation at Kollective Wellness? If they mention your name when booking, you will receive 10% off your next consultation. Only valid for current clients & one use per referral to be used within 12 months.

Terms & Conditions

We require payment in full for all consultations at the time of booking.

While we understand that things can pop up last minute, if you are unable to make any of your appointments, we kindly ask that you please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Reschedules or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

We know there is nothing worse than buying something you can’t use. As a result, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind and decide purchasing a review consultation package is not right for you within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. All review consultation packages are valid for 12 months. Any consultations that are not used within the 12 month period will be forfeited and a consultation or consultation package will need to be re-purchased at the full price if desired.
